For over three decades, I've advised organizations on senior leadership needs across the Power, Energy, Utilities, Data Centers, and Financial Services sectors. My focus is on helping companies select executives who can navigate complexity, accelerate performance, and lead with clarity and confidence.

As Managing Partner, I partner with boards, CXOs, and investors to define leadership requirements and identify individuals who can elevate cultural leadership from day one. My experience spans over 250 public and private companies, including developers and IPPs, utilities, long-term owners, capital providers, private equity firms, data centers, and hyperscalers.

Clients value my deep sector insight, practical understanding of operational and technical roles, and straightforward advisory style. My goal is to bring certainty and clarity to pivotal leadership decisions, ensuring alignment between business strategy and the executives responsible for delivering it.

In addition to leadership selection, I support private equity firms with portfolio company appointments and help clients strengthen leadership assessment and integration to enable long-term success.
